Flowline Control

Line-level control and OEE visibility that ties existing machines, whatever badge they carry, into one system.

Why it earns its place

What you get.

  • Speaks to the machines you already have, including the ones that predate Ethernet.
  • Downtime is logged with a reason, not a red light, so you find out what actually costs you.
  • Open, documented, and yours: standard platforms, no proprietary lock-in.
  • Runs on-premise if your data isn't allowed to leave the building.

Most factory floors are a museum of control systems: a machine from 1994 next to one from last year, three PLC brands, and a line that only really runs because one person knows where to hit it. Flowline Control is the layer that ties that together and makes it legible.

What it does

  • Coordinates the line. Interlocks, sequencing and handoffs between machines that were never designed to talk to each other.
  • Measures honestly. Live OEE, with downtime captured against a reason code rather than a generic stoppage.
  • Traces parts. Batch and serial traceability where your customers or regulators demand it.
  • Surfaces it. Dashboards on the floor and in the office, showing the same numbers.

The integration problem is the product

Anyone can install a SCADA package on a greenfield line. The work is in the brownfield: getting a 1990s controller with a serial port and no documentation to report state reliably enough that the OEE number means something. That's most of what we do here, and it's why we scope on your floor rather than from a questionnaire.

Where a machine genuinely can't report what you need, we'll tell you what it would take, and sometimes that's a Renew Series retrofit rather than more integration effort.

Open by default

Standard platforms, standard protocols, full documentation, and no licence that holds your own production data hostage. When we hand over, your team can extend it. That's the point.
